AR+ITO coating glass for touch panel
Products presentation:
the AR+ITO high-transparent touch screen is a conductive glass.
It applies advanced vacuum magnetron controlled sputtering technology.
The substrate glass is coated with anti-reflective film and ITO conductive film .
Products applications:
Mainly used in Mainly used in public information system such as ATM,supermarket vending machine, public info POS, Auto ticket machine; video phones, mobile phones ,GPS ,medical treatment ,military touch screen panel and so on .
Products performance:
- AR+ITO touch screen glass can obviously increase the panel contract and definition. even in the bright environments condition.
- It can make your eyes more comfortable.
- However Common ITO touch screen glass visible light transmittance is about 86%;reflectance is 8%.If in strong ambient light condition, the screen image contrast will be greatly decreased, and the contrast will be reduced to 10:1 in theory
- During the production process, the common ITO glass is much easier to have a “Newton Ring” quality problem than AR+ITO glass. The AR+ITO glass pass rate is much higher than common ITO glass.
Layer structures:
- single side (five layers) glass / AR coating / ITO coating
- double sides (nine layers) AR coating / glass / AR coating / ITO coating
- customized according to customer requirements
Excellent scratch resistance: The general hardness of ≥ 4H
specifications: maximum 1250*1700 mm, minimal 50*50 mm; thickness 0.4 mm---6 mm .
